I have tried contacting support and get more of a sales presentation than actual technical assistance. So for this reason I have not pulled the trigger and accepted the import. I don't particularly like how there is only minimal control to how accounts are mapped however.įor example, multiple new accounts have been added to the chart of accounts which will have to be merged with our previous accounts so we can do a comparison with last year's numbers. We started the process of importing our sales dat through this new (to me) feature (commerce) and so far it seems pretty seamless. We are an online retailer that uses Shopify to process payments. this is NOT the previous standalone product. I am considering using the new (to me) feature now included in QBO called "commerce".
